This project seeks to open up the existing floor plan and adding new first and 2nd story addition. The existing garage is removed and relocated to open up the backyard to the house. Curb appeal is greatly improved by introducing details that accentuate on the existing charming architecture and adding an entrance court to the relocated entry which brings it more emphasis.
Project is currently under construction and expected to be completed Summer 2021
